And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.


Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people.


And they took up As´ahel, and buried him in the sepulchre of his father, which was in Bethlehem. And Jo´ab and his men went all night, and they came to Hebron at break of day.


So Job died, being old and full of days.


Thou shalt come to thy grave in a full age, like as a shock of corn cometh in in his season.


Then Gideon built an altar there unto the Lord, and called it Jehovah–sha´lom: unto this day it is yet in Ophrah of the Abi-ez´rites.

And his concubine that was in Shechem, she also bare him a son, whose name he called Abim´elech.


And it came to pass, as soon as Gideon was dead, that the children of Israel turned again, and went a whoring after Ba´alim, and made Ba´al–be´rith their god.
