The messenger having answered, said to him, I am Gabriel, standing before God; and was sent to speak to thee, and announce these good news to thee.
And the messenger, having come in to her said, Hail, thou made acceptable; the Lord with thee: praised thou among women.
And the messenger said to them, Fear not : for, behold, I announce you good news, great joy, which shall be to all people.
And, behold, a messenger of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them : and they fear a great fear.
