Amatzyah said to the man of God, But what shall we do for the hundred talents which I have given to the army of Yisra'el? The man of God answered, the LORD is able to give you much more than this.


He has given food to those who fear him. He always remembers his covenant.


Trust in the LORD, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture.


Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.


The talmidim said to him, *Where should we get so many loaves in a deserted place as to satisfy so great a multitude?*


But he answered, *It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.'*


Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing?


*Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan?
