When evening had come, his talmidim came to him, saying, *This place is deserted, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves food.*


Yeshua summoned his talmidim and said, *I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days and have nothing to eat. I don't want to send them away fasting, or they might faint on the way.*


Yeshua said to them, *How many loaves do you have?* They said, *Seven, and a few small fish.*


But he answered them, *You give them something to eat.* They asked him, *Shall we go and buy two hundred denarii worth of bread, and give them something to eat?*


But he said to them, *You give them something to eat.* They said, *We have no more than five loaves and two fish, unless we should go and buy food for all these people.*
