Awake, awake, stand up, Yerushalayim, that have drunk at the hand of the LORD the cup of his wrath; you have drunken the bowl of the cup of staggering, and drained it.
Thus says your Lord GOD, and your God who pleads the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of your hand the cup of staggering, even the bowl of the cup of my wrath; you shall no more drink it again:
For thus says the LORD: Behold, they to whom it didn't pertain to drink of the cup shall certainly drink; and are you he who shall altogether go unpunished? you shall not go unpunished, but you shall surely drink.
Kefa said to him, *Even if I must die with you, I will not deny you.* All of the talmidim also said likewise.
He went forward a little, fell on his face, and prayed, saying, *My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from me; nevertheless, not what I desire, but what you desire.*
Again, a second time he went away, and prayed, saying, *My Father, if this cup can't pass away from me unless I drink it, your desire be done.*
But all this has happened, that the Scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled.* Then all the talmidim left him, and fled.
He said, *Abba, Father, all things are possible to you. Please remove this cup from me. However, not what I desire, but what you desire.*
But I have a immersion to be immersed with, and how distressed I am until it is accomplished!
saying, *Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.*
Yeshua therefore said to Kefa, *Put the sword into its sheath. The cup which the Father has given me, shall I not surely drink it?*

You ask, and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures.
