He said, Blessed be the LORD, the God of Yisra'el, who spoke with his mouth to David your father, and has with his hand fulfilled it, saying,
The LORD has established his word that he spoke; for I am risen up in the room of David my father, and sit on the throne of Yisra'el, as the LORD promised, and have built the house for the name of the LORD, the God of Yisra'el.
who have kept with your servant David my father that which you did promise him: yes, you spoke with your mouth, and have fulfilled it with your hand, as it is this day.
Blessed be the LORD, who has given rest to his people Yisra'el, according to all that he promised: there has not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by Moshe his servant.
