Judah, I planted you like a special vine.\par All of you were like good seed.\par How did you turn into a different vine that grows bad fruit?\par


“I will take away their fruit and crops,\par so that there will be no harvest.”\par This message is from the Lord.\par “There will not be any grapes on the vine.\par There will not be any figs on the fig tree.\par Even the leaves will become dry and die.\par I will take away the things I gave them. {\cf2\super [70]} \par


They were not! But I tell you if you don’t change your hearts and lives, then you will all be destroyed too!”


The ax is now ready to cut down the trees. {\cf2\super [50]} Every tree that does not make good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.”


You did not choose me; I chose you. And I gave you this work: to go and make fruit. I want this fruit to continue \{in your life\}. Then the Father will give you anything you ask for in my name.


But the Spirit {\cf2\super [74]} gives love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,


Really, it is not that I want to get gifts from you. But I want you to have the good that comes \{from giving\}.


But the fig tree answered, “Should I stop making my good, sweet fruit just to go and sway over the other trees?”
