On the Sabbath day, {\cf2\super [33]} Jesus was walking through some grain fields. Jesus’ followers were walking with him. The followers picked some grain \{to eat\}.


On a Sabbath day, {\cf2\super [252]} Jesus went to the home of a leading Pharisee {\cf2\super [253]} to eat with him. The people there were all watching Jesus very closely.


Jesus was doing these things (healing) on the Sabbath day. {\cf2\super [79]} So the Jews began to do bad things to Jesus.


Then immediately the man was well. The man picked up his bed and started walking.


Then the people brought the man to the Pharisees. {\cf2\super [152]} This was the man that had been blind.


After Jesus said this, Jesus spit on the dirt and made some mud with it. Jesus put the mud on the man’s eyes.
