Absalom lived in Jerusalem for two full years without being allowed to visit King David.
Then King Solomon sent some men to get Adonijah. The men brought Adonijah to King Solomon. Adonijah came to King Solomon and bowed down. Then Solomon said, “Go home.”
A wise king will decide which people are evil. And that king will punish those people.
When the king sits and judges people, he must look carefully to separate the evil \{from the good\}.
