Neither do they put new wine into old bottles. Otherwise the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish. But new wine they put into new bottles: and both are preserved.


And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: otherwise the wine will burst the bottles, and both the wine will be spilled, and the bottles will be lost. But new wine must be put into new bottles.


And no man putteth new wine into old bottle: otherwise the new wine will break the bottles, and it will be spilled, and the bottles will be lost.


He hath brought you forty years through the desert. Your garments are not worn out, neither are the shoes of your feet consumed with age.


Behold, these loaves we took hot, when we set out from our houses to come to you: now they are become dry, and broken in pieces, by being exceeding old.


They took therefore of their victuals, and consulted not the mouth of the Lord.


Cunningly devising, took for themselves provisions, laying old sacks upon their asses, and wine bottles rent and sewed up again,


And very old shoes, which for a show of age were clouted with patches, and old garments upon them. The leaves also, which they carried for provisions by the way, were hard, and broken into pieces.
