For those who gather grain will eat it and praise the  Lord, and those who harvest the grapes will drink the wine in my holy courts.


Dress in sackcloth and lament,  you priests; wail,  you ministers of the altar. Come and spend the night in sackcloth, you ministers of my God, because grain and drink offerings are withheld from the house of your God.


Grain and drink offerings have been cut off from the house of the  Lord; the priests, who are ministers of the  Lord, mourn.


Who knows? He may turn and relent and leave a blessing behind him, so that you can offer a grain offering and a drink offering to the Lord your God.


‘When you present a grain offering baked in an oven, it is to be made of fine flour, either unleavened cakes  mixed with oil or unleavened wafers  coated with oil.


if he presents it for thanksgiving, in addition to the thanksgiving sacrifice,  he is to present unleavened cakes  mixed with olive oil, unleavened wafers  coated with oil, and well-kneaded cakes of fine flour mixed with oil.

‘The priest is to present these before the Lord and sacrifice the Nazirite’s sin offering and burnt offering.


So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.


For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death  until he comes.
