Then Isaac’s servants dug in the valley and found a well of spring  water there.


You are a garden spring, a well of flowing water streaming from Lebanon.


I will also sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean.  I will cleanse you from all your impurities and all your idols.


‘On that day a fountain  will be opened for the house of David and for the residents of Jerusalem, to wash away sin and impurity.


A person who is clean is to take hyssop, dip it in the water, and sprinkle the tent, all the furnishings, and the people who were there. He is also to sprinkle the one who touched a bone, a grave, a corpse, or a person who had been killed.


‘A man who is clean is to gather up the cow’s ashes and deposit them outside the camp in a ceremonially clean place. The ashes will be kept by the Israelite community for preparing the water to remove impurity; it is a sin offering.


everything that can withstand fire #– #you are to pass through fire, and it will be clean. It must still be purified with the purification water.  Anything that cannot withstand fire, pass through the water.


The one who believes in me,   as the Scripture   has said, will have streams of living water   flow   from deep within him.’


For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a young cow, sprinkling those who are defiled, sanctify for the purification of the flesh,


For the Lamb who is at the centre of the throne will shepherd them; he will guide them to springs of the waters of life, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
