Wherever you hear the sound of the ram’s horn, rally to us there. Our God will fight for us! ’


At that time, I also said to the people, ‘Let everyone and his servant spend the night inside Jerusalem, so that they can stand guard by night and work by day.’


But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace towards me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.


Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the Lord’s work,  because you know that your labour in the Lord is not in vain.


Let us not get tired  of doing good,  for we shall reap at the proper time if we don’t give up.


I labour for this, striving  with his strength that works powerfully in me.
