John 3:35

Pharaoh said to Joseph, ‘I am Pharaoh and no one will be able to raise his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt without your permission.’


When the whole land of Egypt was stricken with famine, the people cried out to Pharaoh for food. Pharaoh told all Egypt, ‘Go to Joseph and do whatever he tells you.’


I was a skilled craftsman  beside him. I was his  delight every day, always rejoicing before him.


‘This  is my servant;  I strengthen him, this is my chosen one;  I delight in him. I have put my Spirit on him; he will bring justice  to the nations.


He was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, so that those of every people, nation, and language should serve  him. His dominion is an everlasting   dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will not be destroyed.


All things have been entrusted to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son desires   to reveal him.


While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud covered  them, and a voice from the cloud said, ‘This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased. Listen to him! ’


Jesus came near and said to them, ‘All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.


And a voice from heaven said, ‘This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased.’


All things have   been entrusted to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son desires   to reveal him.’


Jesus knew that the Father had given everything into his hands,  that he had come from God,  and that he was going back to God.


‘As the Father has loved me, I have also loved you. Remain in my love.


since you gave him authority over all people,   , so that he may give eternal life   to everyone you have given him.


I am in them and you are in me,   so that they may be made completely one, that the world may know you have sent me and have loved   them as you have loved me.


I made your name   known to them and will continue to make it known, so that the love you have loved me with may be in them and I may be in them.’


For the Father loves the Son and shows him everything he is doing, and he will show him greater works   than these so that you will be amazed.


The Father,   in fact, judges no one but has given all judgement to the Son,


For God has put everything under his feet.   , Now when it says ‘everything’ is put under him, it is obvious that he who puts everything under him is the exception.


And he subjected everything under his feet   , and appointed him  as head  over everything for the church,


In these last days,  he has spoken to us by his Son. God has appointed him heir of all things  and made the universe  , through him.


who has gone into heaven  and is at the right hand of God  with angels, authorities, and powers subject to him.
