He said: Blessed be the Lord God of Israel! He spoke directly to my father David, and he has fulfilled the promise by his power. He said,
He is the one who will build a house for me, and I will establish his throne for ever.
Then David blessed the Lord in the sight of all the assembly. David said, May you be blessed, Lord God of our father Israel, from eternity to eternity.
Then David said to the whole assembly, ‘Blessed be the Lord your God.’ So the whole assembly praised the Lord God of their ancestors. They knelt low and paid homage to the Lord and the king.
You have kept what you promised to your servant, my father David. You spoke directly to him, and you fulfilled your promise by your power, as it is today.

Then the king turned and blessed the entire congregation of Israel while they were standing.
