When the whirlwind passes, the wicked are no more, but the righteous are secure for ever.


Which of the two did his father’s will? ’ They said, ‘The first.’ Jesus said to them, ‘Truly I tell you, tax collectors and prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God before you.


Heaven and earth will pass away,   but my words will never pass away.


‘Not everyone who says to me, “Lord, Lord,” will enter the kingdom of heaven,   but only the one who does the will   of my Father in heaven.


Whoever does the will of God   is my brother and sister and mother.’


But whoever drinks from the water that I will give him will never get thirsty again.   In fact, the water I will give him will become a well   , of water springing up in him for eternal life.’


This is the bread that came down from heaven; it is not like the manna   your ancestors ate #– #and they died. The one who eats this bread will live for ever.’


If anyone wants to do his will,   he will know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own.


Do not be conformed  to this age,  but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,  so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will  of God.


and those who use the world as though they did not make full use of it. For this world in its current form is passing away.


For this reason also, since the day we heard this, we haven’t stopped praying for you. We are asking  that you may be filled with the knowledge  of his will  in all wisdom and spiritual understanding,


Epaphras,  who is one of you, a servant of Christ Jesus, sends you greetings. He is always wrestling  for you in his prayers, so that you can stand mature and fully assured  in everything God wills.


For this is God’s will,  your sanctification:  that you keep away  from sexual immorality,


give thanks in everything; for this is God’s will  for you in Christ Jesus.


For you need endurance, so that after you have done God’s will, you may receive what was promised.


Yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring #– #what your life will be! For you are like vapour that appears for a little while, then vanishes.


You are being guarded by God’s power  through faith for a salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.


in order to live the remaining time in the flesh no longer for human desires, but for God’s will.
