My lovingkindness, and my fortress,\par\tab My high tower, and my deliverer;\par\tab My shield, and he in whom I take refuge;\par\tab Who subdueth my people under me.


Jehovah is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;\par\tab My God, my rock, in whom I will take refuge;\par\tab My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.


I will call upon Jehovah, who is worthy to be praised:\par\tab So shall I be saved from mine enemies.


{\i Yet} Jehovah will command his lovingkindness in the day-time;\par\tab And in the night his song shall be with me,\par\tab {\i Even} a prayer unto the God of my life.


Thou art my King, O God:\par\tab Command deliverance for Jacob.
