Jesus said to him, “You have said so. But I tell you, From now on you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of heaven.”


And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.


May your kingdom come. May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.


So he said to them, “When you pray, say: Father, may your name be revered as holy. May your kingdom come.


“Simon, Simon, listen! Satan has demanded to sift all of you like wheat,


in the name of the Lord Jesus on the man who has done such a thing. When you are assembled and my spirit is present with the power of our Lord Jesus,


but he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” So I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.


Likewise, tell the older women to be reverent in behavior, not to be slanderers or enslaved to much wine; they are to teach what is good,


Discipline yourselves; keep alert. Like a roaring lion your adversary the devil prowls around, looking for someone to devour.


Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign forever and ever.”


To everyone who conquers and continues to do my works to the end, I will give authority over the nations,


They cried out in a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who is seated on the throne and to the Lamb!”
