On that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.


Jesus answered him, “Those who love me will keep my word, and my Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.


I do not call you servants any longer, because the servant does not know what the master is doing, but I have called you friends, because I have made known to you everything that I have heard from my Father.


Abide in me as I abide in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me.


As the Father has loved me, so I have loved you; abide in my love.


I in them and you in me, that they may become completely one, so that the world may know that you have sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.


“I have made your name known to those whom you gave me from the world. They were yours, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word.


for the words that you gave to me I have given to them, and they have received them and know in truth that I came from you, and they have believed that you sent me.


Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood abide in me and I in them.


Yet I do not seek my own glory; there is one who seeks it, and he is the judge.


But if Christ is in you, then the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.


In contrast, God is why you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption,


For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.


and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.


to the praise of his glorious grace that he freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.


and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being rooted and grounded in love.


because we are members of his body.


This is a great mystery, but I am speaking about Christ and the church.


To them God chose to make known how great among the gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.


and you have come to fullness in him, who is the head of every ruler and authority.


In that renewal there is no longer Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, enslaved and free, but Christ is all and in all!


Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and through grace gave us eternal comfort and good hope,


saying, “I will proclaim your name to my brothers and sisters; in the midst of the congregation I will praise you.”


All who obey his commandments abide in him, and he abides in them. And by this we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit that he has given us.
