Word of Yahweh

Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him show out of a good manner of life his works with meekness of wisdom.

And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of Yahweh, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

Whoso is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of Yahweh.

For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.

For Yahweh taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.

The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.

And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee awesome things.

Who is as the wise man? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man's wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.

Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man's heart discerneth both time and judgment.

The meek also shall increase their joy in Yahweh, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

The multitude of camels shall cover thee, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all they from Sheba shall come: they shall bring gold and incense; and they shall shew forth the praises of Yahweh.

The Spirit of the Sovereign Yahweh is upon me; because Yahweh hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

Who is the wise man, that may understand this? and who is he to whom the mouth of Yahweh hath spoken, that he may declare it, for what the land perisheth and is burned up like a wilderness, that none passeth through?

Thus saith Yahweh, Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his riches:

And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:

Seek ye Yahweh, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of Yahweh's anger.

Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Tell ye the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.

Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?

Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of the Messiah, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you:

Wherefore show ye to them, and before the assemblies, the proof of your love, and of our boasting on your behalf.

Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

Only exercise your citizenship as it becometh the good news of the Messiah: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the good news;

Put on therefore, as the elect of Elohim, holy and beloved, tender mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in behaviour, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

But thou, O man of Elohim, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, holiness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if Elohim perhaps will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, showing all meekness unto all men.

Let your manner of life be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Wherefore put away all filthiness and abundance of evil, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: show me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works.

My brethren, be not many teachers, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conduct;

Having your conduct honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, praise Elohim in the day of visitation.

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of Elohim of great price.
