The Lord sits enthroned above the flood! The Lord reigns as king forever!

Before the mountains were born, the earth and the world brought forth, from eternity to eternity you are God.

All the host of heaven shall rot; the heavens shall be rolled up like a scroll. All their host shall wither away, as the leaf wilts on the vine, or as the fig withers on the tree.

That phrase, “once more,” points to [the] removal of shaken, created things, so that what is unshaken may remain.

When he speaks of a “new” covenant, he declares the first one obsolete. And what has become obsolete and has grown old is close to disappearing.
