And He tookhim outsideand said,"Nowlooktoward the heavens,and countthe stars,ifyou are ableto countthem." And He saidto him, "Soshall your descendantsbe."
"The stonesshall be accordingto the namesof the sonsof Israel:twelve,accordingto their names;they shall be [like] the engravingsof a seal,eachaccordingto his namefor the twelvetribes.
Thussaysthe LordGOD,"This[shall be] the boundaryby whichyou shall dividethe landfor an inheritanceamong the twelvetribesof Israel;Joseph[shall have] twoportions.
"The workersof the city,out of allthe tribesof Israel,shall cultivateit.
shall be the gatesof the city,namedfor the tribesof Israel,threegatestoward the north:the gateof Reuben,one;the gateof Judah,one;the gateof Levi,one.
The burdenof the wordof the LORDis against the landof Hadrach,with Damascusas its restingplace(for the eyesof men,especially of allthe tribesof Israel,are toward the LORD),
And Jesussaidto them, "TrulyI sayto you, that you who have followedMe, in the regenerationwhenthe Sonof Manwill siton His gloriousthrone,you alsoshall situpon twelvethrones,judgingthe twelvetribesof Israel.
"And the slavesaid,'Master,whatyou commandedhas been done,and stillthere is room.'
that you may eatand drinkat My tablein My kingdom,and you will siton thronesjudgingthe twelvetribesof Israel.
