ThenI sawanotherbeastcomingup out of the earth;and he hadtwohornslikea lamband he spokeas a dragon.
"While I was contemplatingthe horns,behold,anotherhorn,a littleone,cameup amongthem, and threeof the firsthornswere pulledout by the rootsbeforeit; and behold,thishornpossessed eyeslike the eyesof a manand a mouthutteringgreat[boasts].
"Bewareof the false prophets,whocometo you in sheep'sclothing,but inwardlyare ravenouswolves.
And I sawthe womandrunkwith the bloodof the saints,and with the bloodof the witnessesof Jesus.When I sawher, I wonderedgreatly.
And I saw[coming] out of the mouthof the dragonand out of the mouthof the beastand out of the mouthof the false prophet,threeuncleanspiritslikefrogs;
and [he provides] that noonewill be ableto buyorto sell,exceptthe one who hasthe mark,[either] the nameof the beastorthe numberof his name.
Whenthey have finishedtheir testimony,the beastthat comesup out of the abysswill makewarwith them, and overcomethem and killthem.
For such menare slaves,not of our LordChristbut of their ownappetites;and by their smoothand flattering speechthey deceivethe heartsof the unsuspecting.
Sothe dragonwas enragedwith the woman,and went offto makewarwith the restof her children,who keepthe commandmentsof Godand holdto the testimonyof Jesus.
who opposesand exaltshimself aboveeveryso-calledgodorobject of worship,sothat he takes his seatin the templeof God,displayinghimselfas beingGod.
"The beastthat you sawwas, and is not, and is aboutto comeup out of the abyssand goto destruction.And thosewho dwellon the earth,whosenamehas not been writtenin the bookof lifefrom the foundationof the world,will wonderwhen they seethe beast,that he was and is not and will come.
Then I liftedmy eyesand looked,and behold,a ramwhich had two hornswas standingin frontof the canal.Now the two horns[were] long,but one[was] longerthanthe other,with the longeronecomingup last.
And the dragon stoodon the sandof the seashore.ThenI sawa beastcomingup out of the sea,havingtenhornsand sevenheads,and on his horns[were] tendiadems,and on his heads[were] blasphemousnames.
they worshipedthe dragonbecausehe gavehis authorityto the beast;and they worshipedthe beast,saying,"Whois likethe beast,and whois ableto wage warwith him?"
