The fearof the LORDis the beginningof wisdom;A goodunderstandinghave allthose who do[His commandments]; His praiseenduresforever.
I have rejoicedin the wayof Your testimonies,As muchas in allriches.
Troubleand anguishhave comeupon me, [Yet] Your commandmentsare my delight.
I shall delightin Your statutes;I shall not forgetYour word.Gimel.
Make me walkin the pathof Your commandments,For I delightin it.
O howI loveYour law!It is my meditationallthe day.

He will fulfillthe desireof those who fearHim; He will also heartheir cryand will savethem.

Becausethe midwivesfearedGod,He establishedhouseholdsfor them.
Althougha sinnerdoesevila hundred[times] and may lengthenhis [life], stillI knowthat it will be wellfor those who fearGod,whofearHim openly.
Whois among you that fearsthe LORD,That obeysthe voiceof His servant,That walksin darknessand hasnolight?Let him trustin the nameof the LORDand relyon his God.
