ImmediatelyJudas wentto Jesusand said,"Hail,Rabbi!"and kissedHim.
Then his fatherIsaacsaidto him, "Pleasecomecloseand kissme, my son."
Joabsaidto Amasa,"Is it wellwith you, my brother?"And JoabtookAmasaby the beardwith his righthandto kisshim.
Faithfulare the woundsof a friend,But deceitfulare the kissesof an enemy.
and respectful greetingsin the market places,and being calledRabbiby men.
"But do not be calledRabbi;for Oneis your Teacher,and you are allbrothers.
And Judas,who was betrayingHim, said,"Surelyit is not I, Rabbi?"Jesus said to him, "You have said[it] yourself."
Nowhe who was betrayingHim gavethem a sign,saying,"WhomeverI kiss,He is the one; seizeHim."
and they beganto acclaimHim, "Hail,Kingof the Jews!"
"You gaveMe nokiss;but she, sincethe time I camein, has not ceasedto kissMy feet.
and they [began] to comeup to Him and say,"Hail,Kingof the Jews!"and to giveHim slaps[in the face].
Meanwhilethe discipleswere urgingHim, saying,"Rabbi,eat."
Greetallthe brethrenwith a holykiss.
Then Samueltookthe flaskof oil,pouredit on his head,kissedhim and said,"Has not the LORDanointedyou a ruleroverHis inheritance?
