And you will be like one who liesdownin the middleof the sea,Or like one who liesdownon the topof a mast.
So the captainapproachedhim and said,"Howis it that you are sleeping?Getup, callon your god.Perhaps[your] godwill be concernedabout us so that we will not perish."
He went awayagaina second timeand prayed,saying,"My Father,ifthiscannotpass awayunlessI drinkit, Your willbe done."
And He leftthem again,and went awayand prayeda third time,sayingthe samethingonce more.
NowPeterand his companionshad beenovercomewith sleep;but when they were fully awake,they sawHis gloryand the twomenstandingwith Him.
And there was a young mannamedEutychussittingon the window sill,sinkinginto a deepsleep;and as Paulkept on talking,he was overcomeby sleepand felldownfrom the third floorand was pickedup dead.
Everypersonis to be in subjectionto the governingauthorities.For there is noauthorityexceptfrom God,and thosewhich existare establishedby God.
