but whoeverblasphemesagainstthe HolySpiritneverhasforgiveness,but is guiltyof an eternalsin"--
But thisHe spokeof the Spirit,whomthosewho believedin Him were to receive;for the Spiritwas not yet[given], becauseJesuswas not yetglorified.
even though I was formerlya blasphemerand a persecutorand a violent aggressor.YetI was shown mercybecauseI actedignorantlyin unbelief;

"But the godlessin heartlayup anger;They do not cryfor helpwhenHe bindsthem.
It is a trustworthystatement,deservingfullacceptance,that ChristJesuscameinto the worldto savesinners,among whomI amforemost[of all].
There was muchgrumblingamongthe crowdsconcerningHim; somewere saying,"He is a good man";otherswere saying,"No,on the contrary,He leadsthe peopleastray."
But Jesuswas saying,"Father,forgivethem; for they do not knowwhatthey are doing."And they castlots,dividingup His garmentsamongthemselves.
but that he will receivea hundred times as muchnowin the presentage,housesand brothersand sistersand mothersand childrenand farms,along with persecutions;and in the ageto come,eternallife.
