sothat you will proveyourselves to be blamelessand innocent,childrenof Godabove reproachin the midstof a crookedand perversegeneration,amongwhomyou appearas lightsin the world,
Brethren,do not be childrenin your thinking;yetin evilbe infants,but in your thinkingbe mature.
Conduct yourselveswith wisdomtowardoutsiders,making the mostof the opportunity.
for I will giveyou utteranceand wisdomwhichnoneof your opponentswill be ableto resistorrefute.
"I knowthat aftermy departuresavagewolveswill comein amongyou, not sparingthe flock;
But I am afraidthat, as the serpentdeceivedEveby his craftiness,your mindswill be led astrayfrom the simplicityand purity[of devotion] to Christ.
abstainfrom everyformof evil.
Nowonder,for evenSatandisguiseshimself as an angelof light.
Now the serpentwas morecraftythananybeastof the fieldwhichthe LORDGodhad made.And he saidto the woman,"Indeed,has Godsaid,'You shall not eatfrom anytreeof the garden'?"
You are witnesses,and [so is] God,howdevoutlyand uprightlyand blamelesslywe behavedtoward you believers;

So Ephraimhas becomelike a sillydove,withoutsense;They callto Egypt,they goto Assyria.

then I stationed[men] in the lowestpartsof the spacebehindthe wall,the exposedplaces,and I stationedthe peoplein familieswith their swords,spearsand bows.
