But Jesusrebukedhim, saying,"Be quietand comeout of him!" And when the demonhad thrown him downin the midst[of the people], he cameout of him withoutdoinghim anyharm.
But to the wickedGodsays,"Whatright have you to tellof My statutesAnd to takeMy covenantin your mouth?
The LORDsaidto Satan,"The LORDrebukeyou, Satan!Indeed, the LORDwho has chosenJerusalemrebukeyou! Is thisnot a brandpluckedfrom the fire?"
And Jesusrebukedhim, and the demoncameout of him, and the boywas curedat once.
He saidto them, "Whyare you afraid,you men of little faith?"ThenHe gotup and rebukedthe windsand the sea,and it becameperfectlycalm.
Throwing him into convulsions,the uncleanspiritcriedout with a loudvoiceand cameout of him.
And He gotup and rebukedthe windand saidto the sea,"Hush,be still."And the winddied downand it becameperfectlycalm.
After cryingout and throwinghim into terribleconvulsions,it cameout; and [the boy] becameso much likea corpsethat most[of them] said,"He is dead!"
"But whensomeone strongerthan he attackshim and overpowershim, he takes awayfrom him all his armoron whichhe had reliedand distributeshis plunder.
And He saidto them, "No doubtyou will quotethisproverbto Me, 'Physician,healyourself!Whateverwe heardwas doneat Capernaum,doherein your hometownas well.'"
And standingoverher, He rebukedthe fever,and it lefther; and she immediatelygotup and waitedon them.
Demonsalsowere comingout of many,shouting,"You are the Sonof God!"But rebukingthem, He would not allowthem to speak,becausethey knewHim to be the Christ.
They cameto Jesus and wokeHim up, saying,"Master,Master,we are perishing!"And He gotup and rebukedthe windand the surging waves,and they stopped,and it becamecalm.
and a spiritseizeshim, and he suddenlyscreams,and it throws him into a convulsionwith foaming[at the mouth]; and only with difficultydoes it leavehim, maulinghim [as it leaves].
While he was stillapproaching,the demonslammedhim [to the ground] and threw him into a convulsion.But Jesusrebukedthe uncleanspirit,and healedthe boyand gave him backto his father.
"For thisreason,rejoice,O heavensand you who dwellin them. Woeto the earthand the sea,becausethe devilhas come downto you, havinggreatwrath,knowingthat he has[only] a shorttime."
