And at oncehis mouthwas openedand his tongue[loosed], and he [began] to speakin praiseof God.
"And behold,you shall be silentand unableto speakuntilthe daywhenthese thingstake place,becauseyou did not believemy words,whichwill be fulfilledin their proper time."
Then the LORDstretchedout His handand touchedmy mouth,and the LORDsaidto me, "Behold,I have putMy wordsin your mouth.
Now the handof the LORDhad beenupon me in the evening,beforethe refugeescame.And He openedmy mouthat the time[they] cameto me in the morning;so my mouthwas openedand I was nolongerspeechless.
O Lord,openmy lips,That my mouthmay declareYour praise.
After the demonwas castout, the mute manspoke;and the crowdswere amazed,[and were] saying,"Nothinglike thishas everbeen seenin Israel."
"But when I speakto you, I will openyour mouthand you will sayto them, 'Thussaysthe LordGOD.'He who hears,let him hear;and he who refuses,let him refuse;for they are a rebellioushouse.
Then you will sayon that day,"I will givethanksto You, O LORD;For although You were angrywith me, Your angeris turnedaway,And You comfortme.
"On that dayI will make a hornsproutfor the houseof Israel,and I will openyour mouthin their midst.Then they will knowthat I am the LORD."
The LORDsaidto him, "Whohas mademan'smouth?Orwhomakes[him] muteordeaf,orseeingorblind?Is it not I, the LORD?
