But Mosessearchedcarefullyfor the goatof the sinoffering,and behold,it had been burnedup! So he was angrywith Aaron'ssurvivingsonsEleazarand Ithamar,saying,
sonof Abishua,sonof Phinehas,sonof Eleazar,sonof Aaronthe chiefpriest.
It shall not be bakedwith leaven.I have givenit as their sharefrom My offeringsby fire;it is mostholy,like the sinofferingand the guiltoffering.
The priestwho offersit for sinshall eatit. It shall be eatenin a holyplace,in the courtof the tentof meeting.
But nosinofferingof whichanyof the bloodis broughtinto the tentof meetingto makeatonementin the holyplace shall be eaten;it shall be burnedwith fire.
Then he presentedthe people'soffering,and tookthe goatof the sinofferingwhichwas for the people,and slaughteredit and offeredit for sin,like the first.
"Then to the sonsof Israelyou shall speak,saying,'Takea malegoatfor a sinoffering,and a calfand a lamb,both one yearold,withoutdefect,for a burntoffering,
(Now the manMoseswas veryhumble,morethananymanwhowas on the faceof the earth.)
"But I sayto you that everyonewho is angrywith his brothershall be guiltybefore the court;and whoeversaysto his brother,You good-for-nothing,'shall be guiltybefore the supreme court;and whoeversays,'You fool,'shall be guilty[enough to go] into the fieryhell.
But when Jesussawthis, He was indignantand saidto them, "Permitthe childrento cometo Me; do not hinderthem; for the kingdomof Godbelongsto such as these.
After looking aroundat them with anger,grievedat their hardnessof heart,He saidto the man,"Stretchout your hand."And he stretchedit out, and his handwas restored.
BE ANGRY,AND [yet] DO NOT SIN;do not let the sungo downon your anger,
