Then Davidbecameangrybecauseof the LORD'Soutburstagainst Uzza;and he calledthat placePerez-uzzato thisday.
"Becauseyou did not [carry it] at the first,the LORDour Godmadean outburston us, for we did not seekHim according to the ordinance."
Thereforethisiniquitywill be to you Like a breachabout to fall,A bulgein a highwall,Whosecollapsecomessuddenlyin an instant,
"Those from among you will rebuildthe ancientruins;You will raiseup the age-oldfoundations;And you will be calledthe repairerof the breach,The restorerof the streetsin which to dwell.
Benjaminreturnedat that time,and they gavethem the womenwhomthey had keptalivefrom the womenof Jabesh-gilead;yet they were not enoughfor them.
Then the eldersof the congregationsaid,"Whatshall we dofor wivesfor those who are left,sincethe womenare destroyedout of Benjamin?"
They said,"[There must be] an inheritancefor the survivorsof Benjamin,sothat a tribewill not be blottedout from Israel.
And the sonsof Israelwere sorryfor their brotherBenjaminand said,"Onetribeis cutofffrom Israeltoday.
