Micahsaidto him, "Wheredo you comefrom?" And he saidto him, "I am a Levitefrom Bethlehemin Judah,and I am goingto staywhereverI may find[a place]."
Micahthen saidto him, "Dwellwith me and be a fatherand a priestto me, and I will giveyou ten[pieces] of silvera year,a suitof clothes,and your maintenance."So the Levitewent[in].
Now there was a youngmanfrom Bethlehemin Judah,of the familyof Judah,whowas a Levite;and he was stayingthere.
Then the mandepartedfrom the city,from Bethlehemin Judah,to staywhereverhe might find[a place]; and as he madehis journey,he cameto the hillcountryof Ephraimto the houseof Micah.
