For He spokeand raisedup a stormywind,Which liftedup the wavesof the sea.
He causedthe stormto be still,So that the wavesof the sea were hushed.
He causes the vaporsto ascendfrom the endsof the earth;Who makeslightningsfor the rain,Who bringsforththe windfrom His treasuries.
Blowingtowardthe south,Then turningtowardthe north,The windcontinuesswirlingalong;And on its circularcoursesthe windreturns.
Then He saidto me, "Prophesyto the breath,prophesy,sonof man,and sayto the breath,'Thussaysthe LordGOD,"Comefrom the fourwinds,O breath,and breatheon theseslain,that they cometo life."'"
whowere born,not of bloodnorof the willof the fleshnorof the willof man,but of God.
"Do not be amazedthat I saidto you, 'You mustbe bornagain.'
Nicodemussaidto Him, "Howcanthese thingsbe?"
And suddenlythere camefrom heavena noiselikea violentrushingwind,and it filledthe wholehousewherethey were sitting.
And when they had prayed,the placewherethey had gathered togetherwas shaken,and they were allfilledwith the HolySpiritand [began] to speakthe wordof Godwith boldness.
But oneand the sameSpiritworksallthese things,distributingto each oneindividuallyjustas He wills.
For whoamong menknowsthe [thoughts] of a manexceptthe spiritof the manwhich is in him? Evensothe [thoughts] of Godno oneknowsexceptthe Spiritof God.
Ifyou knowthat He is righteous,you knowthat everyonealsowho practicesrighteousnessis bornof Him.
