"Do you not believethat I am in the Father,and the Fatheris in Me? The wordsthat I sayto you I do not speakon My own initiative,but the Fatherabidingin Me doesHis works.
"I and the Fatherare one."
but ifI dothem, thoughyou do not believeMe, believethe works,sothat you may knowand understandthat the Fatheris in Me, and I in the Father."
and everyonewho livesand believesin Me will neverdie.Do you believethis?"
"For I did not speakon My own initiative,but the FatherHimselfwho sentMe has givenMe a commandment[as to] whatto sayand whatto speak.
"BelieveMe that I am in the Fatherand the Fatheris in Me; otherwisebelievebecauseof the worksthemselves.
"In that dayyou will knowthat I am in My Father,and you in Me, and I in you.
"He who does not loveMe does not keepMy words;and the wordwhichyou hearis not Mine,but the Father'swho sentMe.
for the wordswhichYou gaveMe I have givento them; and they received[them] and trulyunderstoodthat I came forthfrom You, and they believedthat You sentMe.
this mancameto Jesus by nightand saidto Him, "Rabbi,we knowthat You have comefrom God[as] a teacher;for no onecandothesesignsthat You dounlessGodis with him."
But He answeredthem, "My Fatheris workinguntilnow,and I Myselfam working."
ThereforeJesusansweredand was sayingto them, "Truly,truly,I sayto you, the Soncandonothingof Himself,unless[it is] somethingHe seesthe Fatherdoing;for whateverthe Fatherdoes,these thingsthe Sonalsodoesin like manner.
SoJesusansweredthem and said,"My teachingis not Mine,but His who sentMe.
SoJesussaid,"Whenyou liftup the Sonof Man,thenyou will knowthat I am[He], and I donothingon My own initiative,but I speakthese thingsas the FathertaughtMe.
"I speakthe things whichI have seenwith [My] Father;thereforeyou alsodothe things whichyou heardfrom [your] father."
"But as it is, you are seekingto killMe, a manwhohas toldyou the truth,whichI heardfrom God;thisAbrahamdid not do.
"[You know of] Jesusof Nazareth,howGodanointedHim with the HolySpiritand with power,and [how] He went aboutdoing goodand healingallwho were oppressedby the devil,for Godwas with Him.
namely,that Godwas in Christreconcilingthe worldto Himself,not countingtheir trespassesagainst them, and He has committedto us the wordof reconciliation.
For it was the [Father's] good pleasurefor allthe fullnessto dwellin Him,
For in Him allthe fullnessof Deitydwellsin bodily form,
For thereare threethat testify:
