"You are thosewho have stoodby Me in My trials;
for fortydays,being temptedby the devil.And He atenothingduringthosedays,and when they had ended,He became hungry.
"Whichoneof you convictsMe of sin?IfI speaktruth,whydo you not believeMe?
For whatthe Lawcouldnot do, weakas it was throughthe flesh,God[did]: sendingHis ownSonin the likenessof sinfulfleshand [as an offering] for sin,He condemnedsinin the flesh,
He madeHim who knewnosin[to be] sinon our behalf,sothat we might becomethe righteousnessof Godin Him.
Therefore,since we havea greathigh priestwhohas passed throughthe heavens,Jesusthe Sonof God,let us hold fastour confession.
he candeal gentlywith the ignorantand misguided,sincehe himselfalsois besetwith weakness;
For it was fittingfor us to have sucha high priest,holy,innocent,undefiled,separatedfrom sinnersand exaltedabove the heavens;
soChristalso,having been offeredonceto bearthe sinsof many,will appeara second timefor salvationwithout[reference to] sin,to thosewho eagerly awaitHim.
WHOCOMMITTEDNOSIN,NORWAS ANY DECEITFOUNDIN HIS MOUTH;
You knowthat He appearedin orderto take awaysins;and in Him there is nosin.
