By faithMoses,when he was born,was hiddenfor three monthsby his parents,becausethey sawhe was a beautifulchild;and they were not afraidof the king'sedict.
The LORDis for me; I will not fear;Whatcan mandoto me?
In God,whose wordI praise,In GodI have putmy trust;I shall not be afraid.Whatcan [mere] mandoto me?
and he said,"When you are helping the Hebrewwomento givebirthand see[them] upon the birthstool,ifit is a son,then you shall puthim to death;but ifit is a daughter,then she shall live."
Then Pharaohcommandedallhis people,saying,"Everysonwho is bornyou are to castinto the Nile,and everydaughteryou are to keepalive."
Do not fear,for I am with you; Do not anxiously lookabout you, for I am your God.I will strengthenyou, surelyI will helpyou, SurelyI will upholdyou with My righteousrighthand.'

"I, even I, am He who comfortsyou. Whoare you that you are afraidof manwho diesAnd of the sonof manwho is madelike grass,
"Listento Me, you who knowrighteousness,A peoplein whose heartis My law;Do not fearthe reproachof man,Norbe dismayedat their revilings.
Now whenDanielknewthat the documentwas signed,he enteredhis house(now in his roofchamberhe had windowsopentowardJerusalem);and he continued kneelingon his kneesthreetimesa day,prayingand givingthanksbeforehis God,as he had been doingpreviously.
"Do not fearthosewho killthe bodybut are unableto killthe soul;but ratherfearHim who is ableto destroybothsouland bodyin hell.
"It was at thistimethat Moseswas born;and he was lovelyin the sightof God,and he was nurturedthreemonthsin his father'shome.
sothat we confidentlysay,"THE LORDIS MY HELPER,I WILL NOT BE AFRAID.WHATWILL MANDOTO ME?"
