And He is the radianceof His gloryand the exact representationof His nature,and upholdsall thingsby the wordof His power.When He had madepurificationof sins,He sat downat the right handof the Majestyon high,
"Worthyare You, our Lordand our God,to receivegloryand honorand power;for You createdall things,and becauseof Your willthey existed,and were created."
And the Wordbecameflesh,and dweltamongus, and we sawHis glory,gloryas of the only begottenfrom the Father,fullof graceand truth.
in whosecasethe godof thisworldhas blindedthe mindsof the unbelievingsothat they might not seethe lightof the gospelof the gloryof Christ,whois the imageof God.
fixing our eyeson Jesus,the authorand perfecterof faith,whofor the joyset beforeHim enduredthe cross,despisingthe shame,and has sat downat the right handof the throneof God.
In Him was life,and the lifewas the Lightof men.
but He, having offeredonesacrificefor sinsfor all time,SAT DOWNAT THE RIGHT HANDOF GOD,
to the onlyGodour Savior,throughJesusChristour Lord,[be] glory,majesty,dominionand authority,beforealltimeand nowand forever.Amen.
Otherwise,He would have neededto sufferoftensincethe foundationof the world;but nowonceat the consummationof the agesHe has been manifestedto put awaysinby the sacrificeof Himself.
but ifwe walkin the Lightas He Himselfis in the Light,we havefellowshipwith one another,and the bloodof JesusHis Soncleansesus from allsin.
Therefore,since we havea greathigh priestwhohas passed throughthe heavens,Jesusthe Sonof God,let us hold fastour confession.
You knowthat He appearedin orderto take awaysins;and in Him there is nosin.
For we did not followcleverly devisedtaleswhen we made knownto you the powerand comingof our LordJesusChrist,but we were eyewitnessesof His majesty.
whois at the right handof God,having goneinto heaven,after angelsand authoritiesand powershad been subjectedto Him.
who throughHim are believersin God,who raisedHim from the deadand gaveHim glory,sothat your faithand hopeare in God.
Nowthe main pointin what has been said[is this]: we havesucha high priest,whohas taken His seatat the right handof the throneof the Majestyin the heavens,
So then,when the LordJesushad spokento them, He was receivedup into heavenand sat downat the right handof God.
"The earthand allwho dwellin it melt;It is I who have firmlysetits pillars.Selah.
He who overcomes,I will grantto him to sitdownwith Me on My throne,as I alsoovercameand sat downwith My Fatheron His throne.
whodoes not needdaily,likethosehigh priests,to offerup sacrifices,firstfor His ownsinsand thenfor the [sins] of the people,becausethisHe didonce for allwhen He offeredup Himself.
"Thereforehaving been exaltedto the right handof God,and having receivedfrom the Fatherthe promiseof the HolySpirit,He has poured forththiswhichyou bothseeand hear.
The next dayhe sawJesuscomingto him and said,"Behold,the Lambof Godwho takes awaythe sinof the world!
Thereforeifyou have been raisedup with Christ,keep seekingthe things above,whereChristis, seatedat the right handof God.
whois the one who condemns?ChristJesusis He who died,yes,ratherwho was raised,whois at the right handof God,whoalsointercedesfor us.
and he said,"Behold,I seethe heavensopenedup and the Sonof Manstandingat the right handof God."
The LORDsaysto my Lord:"Sitat My righthandUntilI makeYour enemiesa footstoolfor Your feet."
"Yours, O LORD,is the greatnessand the powerand the gloryand the victoryand the majesty,indeedeverythingthat is in the heavensand the earth;Yours is the dominion,O LORD,and You exaltYourself as headover all.
For I am not ashamedof the gospel,for it is the powerof Godfor salvationto everyonewho believes,to the Jewfirstand alsoto the Greek.
And He will ariseand shepherd[His flock] In the strengthof the LORD,In the majestyof the nameof the LORDHis God.And they will remain,Becauseat that timeHe will be greatTo the endsof the earth.
Sincethe wordof the kingis authoritative,whowill sayto him, "Whatare you doing?"
"Out of the northcomesgolden[splendor]; AroundGodis awesomemajesty.
For wherea covenantis, there must of necessitybe the deathof the one who madeit.
asking,"Teacher,Mosessaid,IFA MANDIESHAVINGNOCHILDREN,HIS BROTHERAS NEXT OF KIN SHALL MARRYHIS WIFE,AND RAISEUP CHILDRENFOR HIS BROTHER.'
whogaveHimselffor us to redeemus from everylawless deed,and to purifyfor Himselfa peoplefor His ownpossession,zealousfor gooddeeds.
But to whichof the angelshas He eversaid,"SITAT MY RIGHT HAND,UNTILI MAKEYOUR ENEMIESA FOOTSTOOLFOR YOUR FEET"?
For when He receivedhonorand gloryfrom Godthe Father,suchan utteranceas this was madeto Him by the MajesticGlory,"Thisis My belovedSonwith whomI am well-pleased"--
and the priestshall offerthem, onefor a sinofferingand the otherfor a burntoffering.So the priestshall makeatonementon his behalfbeforethe LORDbecauseof his discharge.
