For He who requiresbloodremembersthem; He does not forgetthe cryof the afflicted.

Orif he struckhim with a woodenobjectin the hand,by whichhe might die,and [as a result] he died,he is a murderer;the murderershall surelybe putto death.
orif he struckhim downwith his handin enmity,and [as a result] he died,the one who struckhim shall surelybe putto death,he is a murderer;the bloodavengershall putthe murdererto deathwhen he meetshim.
sothat upon you may fall[the guilt of] allthe righteousbloodshedon earth,from the bloodof righteousAbelto the bloodof Zechariah,the sonof Berechiah,whomyou murderedbetweenthe templeand the altar.
and He madefrom one[man] everynationof mankindto liveon allthe faceof the earth,having determined[their] appointedtimesand the boundariesof their habitation,
"But ifthere is a manwho hateshis neighborand liesin waitfor him and risesup againsthim and strikeshim so that he dies,and he fleesto oneof thesecities,
