So he lefteverythinghe owned in Joseph'scharge;and with him [there] he did not concernhimself with anythingexceptthe foodwhichhe ate.Now Josephwas handsomein formand appearance.
And Leah'seyeswere weak,but Rachelwas beautifulof formand face.
The chiefjailerdid not superviseanythingunder Joseph's chargebecausethe LORDwas with him; and whateverhe did,the LORDmade to prosper.
So Josephfoundfavorin his sightand becamehis personalservant;and he madehim overseeroverhis house,and allthat he ownedhe putin his charge.
But he refusedand saidto his master'swife,"Behold,with me [here], my masterdoes not concernhimself with anythingin the house,and he has putallthat he ownsin my charge.
So they servedhim by himself,and them by themselves,and the Egyptianswho atewith him by themselves,becausethe Egyptianscouldnot eatbreadwith the Hebrews,for that is loathsometo the Egyptians.
The heartof her husbandtrustsin her, And he will havenolackof gain.
"He who is faithfulin a verylittle thingis faithfulalsoin much;and he who is unrighteousin a very little thingis unrighteousalsoin much.
"And he saidto him, 'Welldone,goodslave,becauseyou have beenfaithfulin a very little thing,you are to be in authorityovertencities.'

So he sentand broughthim in. Now he was ruddy,with beautifuleyesand a handsomeappearance.And the LORDsaid,"Arise,anointhim; for thisis he."
When the Philistinelookedand sawDavid,he disdainedhim; for he was [but] a youth,and ruddy,with a handsomeappearance.
