He setthe rodswhichhe had peeledin frontof the flocksin the gutters,[even] in the wateringtroughs,wherethe flockscameto drink;and they matedwhen they cameto drink.
Jacobseparatedthe lambs,and madethe flocksfacetowardthe stripedand allthe blackin the flockof Laban;and he puthis own herdsapart,and did not putthem with Laban'sflock.
