Esautookhis wivesfrom the daughtersof Canaan:Adahthe daughterof Elonthe Hittite,and Oholibamahthe daughterof Anahand the granddaughterof Zibeonthe Hivite;
and OholibamahboreJeushand Jalamand Korah.Theseare the sonsof Esauwhowere bornto him in the landof Canaan.
and you might takesomeof his daughtersfor your sons,and his daughtersmight playthe harlotwith their godsand cause your sons[also] to playthe harlotwith their gods.
But becauseof immoralities,eachmanis to havehis ownwife,and eachwomanis to haveher ownhusband.
