Becauseyou are sons,Godhas sent forththe Spiritof His Soninto our hearts,crying,"Abba!Father!"
"Then I said,'HowI would setyou among My sonsAnd giveyou a pleasantland,The mostbeautifulinheritanceof the nations!'And I said,'You shall callMe, My Father,And not turnawayfrom followingMe.'
"Have you not just nowcalledto Me, 'My Father,You are the friendof my youth?
And He was saying,"Abba!Father!All thingsare possiblefor You; removethiscupfrom Me; yetnot whatI will,but whatYou will."
"Ifyou then,beingevil,know howto givegoodgiftsto your children,how muchmorewill [your] heavenlyFathergivethe HolySpiritto thosewho askHim?"
And He saidto them, "Whenyou pray,say:Father,hallowedbe Your name.Your kingdomcome.
"I will askthe Father,and He will giveyou anotherHelper,that He may be with you forever;
"Whenthe Helpercomes,whomI will sendto you from the Father,[that is] the Spiritof truthwhoproceedsfrom the Father,He will testifyaboutMe,
"But I tellyou the truth,it is to your advantagethat I goaway;for ifI do not go away,the Helperwill not cometo you; but ifI go,I will sendHim to you.
"For He whomGodhas sentspeaksthe wordsof God;for He givesthe Spiritwithoutmeasure.
But thisHe spokeof the Spirit,whomthosewho believedin Him were to receive;for the Spiritwas not yet[given], becauseJesuswas not yetglorified.
and after they cameto Mysia,they were tryingto gointo Bithynia,and the Spiritof Jesusdid not permitthem;
and hopedoes not disappoint,becausethe loveof Godhas been pouredout withinour heartsthroughthe HolySpiritwho was givento us.
However,you are not in the fleshbut in the Spirit,if indeedthe Spiritof Goddwellsin you. But ifanyonedoes not havethe Spiritof Christ,he does not belongto Him.
Soalsoit is written,"The firstMAN,Adam,BECAMEA LIVINGSOUL."The lastAdam[became] a life-givingspirit.
who alsosealedus and gave[us] the Spiritin our heartsas a pledge.
Nowthe Lordis the Spirit,and wherethe Spiritof the Lordis, [there] is liberty.
In Him, you also,after listeningto the messageof truth,the gospelof your salvation--having alsobelieved,you were sealedin Him with the HolySpiritof promise,
for throughHim we bothhaveour accessin oneSpiritto the Father.
Do not grievethe HolySpiritof God,by whomyou were sealedfor the dayof redemption.
With allprayerand petitionprayat alltimesin the Spirit,and with thisin view,be on the alertwith allperseveranceand petitionfor allthe saints,
for I knowthat thiswill turnout for my deliverancethroughyour prayersand the provisionof the Spiritof JesusChrist,
So,he who rejects[this] is not rejectingmanbut the Godwho givesHis HolySpiritto you.
seeking to knowwhatpersonortimethe Spiritof Christwithinthem was indicatingas He predictedthe sufferingsof Christand the gloriesto follow.
But you, beloved,buildingyourselvesup on your mostholyfaith,prayingin the HolySpirit,
ThenI fellat his feetto worshiphim. But he saidto me, "Do not dothat; I ama fellow servantof yoursand your brethrenwho holdthe testimonyof Jesus;worshipGod.For the testimonyof Jesusis the spiritof prophecy."
