And [it was] like the appearanceof the visionwhichI saw,like the visionwhichI sawwhen He cameto destroythe city.And the visions[were] like the visionwhichI sawby the riverChebar;and I fellon my face.
"See,I have appointedyou thisdayoverthe nationsand overthe kingdoms,To pluckup and to breakdown,To destroyand to overthrow,To buildand to plant."
So I gotup and wentout to the plain;and behold,the gloryof the LORDwas standingthere,like the glorywhichI sawby the riverChebar,and I fellon my face.
"Sonof man,wailfor the hordesof Egyptand bringit down,her and the daughtersof the powerfulnations,to the netherworld,with those who godownto the pit;
Then He broughtme by wayof the northgateto the frontof the house;and I looked,and behold,the gloryof the LORDfilledthe houseof the LORD,and I fellon my face.
And behold,the gloryof the Godof Israel[was] there,like the appearancewhichI sawin the plain.
Then He criedout in my hearingwith a loudvoicesaying,"Drawnear,O executionersof the city,eachwith his destroyingweaponin his hand."
"But as for Me, My eyewill havenopitynorwill I spare,but I will bringtheir conductupon their heads."
Then the gloryof the Godof Israelwentup from the cherubon whichit had been,to the thresholdof the temple.And He calledto the manclothedin linenat whoseloinswas the writingcase.
But to the othersHe saidin my hearing,"Gothrough the cityafterhim and strike;do not let your eyehavepityand do not spare.
