"Behold,about this timetomorrow,I will senda veryheavyhail,suchas has not been[seen] in Egyptfrom the dayit was foundeduntilnow.
Then Jezebelsenta messengerto Elijah,saying,"Somay the godsdoto me and evenmore,ifI do not makeyour lifeas the lifeof oneof them by tomorrowabout this time."
but about this timetomorrowI will sendmy servantsto you, and they will searchyour houseand the housesof your servants;and whateveris desirablein your eyes,they will takein their handand carryaway.'"
Then Elishasaid,"Listento the wordof the LORD;thussaysthe LORD,Tomorrowabout this timea measureof fineflourwill be [sold] for a shekel,and two measuresof barleyfor a shekel,in the gateof Samaria.'"
It happenedjust as the manof Godhad spokento the king,saying,"Two measuresof barleyfor a shekeland a measureof fineflourfor a shekel,will be [sold] tomorrowabout this timeat the gateof Samaria."
"Whetherfor correction,orfor His world,Orfor lovingkindness,He causes it to happen.
"Have you enteredthe storehousesof the snow,Or have you seenthe storehousesof the hail,
WhichI have reservedfor the timeof distress,For the dayof warand battle?
Sopursuethem with Your tempestAnd terrifythem with Your storm.
The locustscameup overallthe landof Egyptand settledin allthe territoryof Egypt;[they were] verynumerous.There had neverbeenso[many] locusts,norwould there be so[many] again.
Then your housesshall be filledand the housesof allyour servantsand the housesof allthe Egyptians,[something] whichneitheryour fathersnoryour grandfathershave seen,from the daythat they cameupon the earthuntilthisday.'"And he turnedand wentout from Pharaoh.
Moreover, there shall be a greatcryin allthe landof Egypt,suchas there has not been[before] and suchas shall neverbe again.
"Stillyou exaltyourself against My peopleby not lettingthem go.
And hugehailstones,aboutone hundred poundseach, came downfrom heavenupon men;and menblasphemedGodbecauseof the plagueof the hail,becauseits plaguewas extremelysevere.
