But he said,"You are lazy,[very] lazy;thereforeyou say,'Let us go[and] sacrificeto the LORD.'
The foremenof the sonsof Israelsawthat they were in troublebecause they were told,"You must not reduce[your] dailyamountof bricks."
"You are nolongerto givethe peoplestrawto makebrickas previously;let them goand gatherstrawfor themselves.
"Let the laborbe heavieron the men,and let them workat it so that they will paynoattentionto false words."
