His sisterstoodat a distanceto findout whatwould happento him.

Pharaoh'sdaughtersaidto her, "Go[ahead]." So the girlwentand calledthe child'smother.

The nameof Amram'swifewas Jochebed,the daughterof Levi,whowas bornto Leviin Egypt;and she boreto Amram:Aaronand Mosesand their sisterMiriam.
