Although Moseswas one hundredand twentyyearsoldwhen he died,his eyewas not dim,norhis vigorabated.
Now it cameabout, whenIsaacwas oldand his eyeswere toodimto see,that he calledhis oldersonEsauand saidto him, "My son."And he saidto him, "HereI am."
Now the eyesof Israelwere [so] dimfrom age[that] he couldnot see.Then Joseph broughtthem closeto him, and he kissedthem and embracedthem.
"You will cometo the gravein fullvigor,Like the stackingof grainin its season.
To declarethat the LORDis upright;[He is] my rock,and there is nounrighteousnessin Him.
Moseswas eightyyearsoldand Aaroneighty-three,when they spoketo Pharaoh.
"But whenhe was approachingthe ageof forty,it enteredhis mindto visithis brethren,the sonsof Israel.
"After fortyyearshad passed,AN ANGELAPPEAREDTO HIM IN THE WILDERNESSOF MOUNTSinai,IN THE FLAMEOF A BURNINGTHORN BUSH.
"This manledthem out, performingwondersand signsin the landof Egyptand in the RedSeaand in the wildernessfor fortyyears.
And he saidto them, "I am a hundredand twentyyearsoldtoday;I am nolongerableto comeand go,and the LORDhas saidto me, 'You shall not crossthisJordan.'
So the sonsof Israelweptfor Mosesin the plainsof Moabthirtydays;then the daysof weeping[and] mourningfor Mosescameto an end.
