"But the LORDwas angrywith me on your account,and would not listento me; and the LORDsaidto me, 'Enough!Speakto Me nomoreof thismatter.
"Goand tellDavidMy servant,'Thussaysthe LORD,"You shall not builda housefor Me to dwellin;
But Jesusanswered,"You do not knowwhatyou are asking.Are you ableto drinkthe cupthat I am aboutto drink?"They saidto Him, "We are able."
And He wenta littlebeyond[them], and fellon His faceand prayed,saying,"My Father,ifit is possible,let thiscuppassfrom Me; yetnot as I will,but as You will."
ConcerningthisI imploredthe Lordthree timesthat it might leaveme.
"The LORDwas angrywith me alsoon your account,saying,Not evenyou shall enterthere.
And he saidto them, "I am a hundredand twentyyearsoldtoday;I am nolongerableto comeand go,and the LORDhas saidto me, 'You shall not crossthisJordan.'
Then the LORDsaidto him, "Thisis the landwhichI sworeto Abraham,Isaac,and Jacob,saying,'I will giveit to your descendants;I have let you see[it] with your eyes,but you shall not gooverthere."
