Jesus stretchedout His handand touchedhim, saying,"I am willing;be cleansed."And immediatelyhis leprosywas cleansed.
"But sothat you may knowthat the Sonof Manhasauthorityon earthto forgivesins"--thenHe saidto the paralytic,"Getup, pickup your bedand gohome."
Thisbeginningof [His] signsJesusdidin Canaof Galilee,and manifestedHis glory,and His disciplesbelievedin Him.
She continued doingthisfor manydays.But Paulwas greatly annoyed,and turnedand saidto the spirit,"I commandyou in the nameof JesusChristto comeout of her!" And it cameout at that verymoment.
But when Petersaw[this], he repliedto the people,"Menof Israel,whyare you amazedat this,orwhydo you gazeat us, as ifby our ownpowerorpietywe had madehim walk?
"And on the basisof faithin His name,[it is] the nameof Jesus which has strengthenedthisman whomyou seeand know;and the faithwhich [comes] throughHim has givenhim thisperfect healthin the presenceof you all.
But Petersaid,"I do not possesssilverand gold,but whatI do haveI giveto you: In the nameof JesusChristthe Nazarene--walk!"
let it be knownto allof you and to allthe peopleof Israel,that by the nameof JesusChristthe Nazarene,whomyou crucified,whomGodraisedfrom the dead--by this [name] this manstands herebeforeyou in good health.
Therehe founda mannamedAeneas,who had been bedriddeneightyears,for he was paralyzed.
